Seeing Harry Styles in person is a whole other ballgame. He's infinitely more attractive in person (I've seen him in concert a bunch). |
I think you mean insufferable smugness. |
I get that, but her roots are brown? So it comes down to her body being her main asset. Something like Jennifer Aniston. |
We’ll have to agree to disagree. About twenty years ago, she was at the table right next to mine at an intimate restaurant. (It was one of those where the tables are on top of each other and she was directly across from me.) I could hear every word she was saying and she grossed me out. It wasn’t that she said anything offensive or controversial, it was that she said everything in such a dramatic and affected way. It was nauseatingly over the top. Before, I’d really liked her, but after that meal I couldn’t watch her. I still can’t. I get the same vibes from Drew Barrymore, but luckily I haven’t seen her in real life… |
Same |
Talent, charisma, rocking bod. SJP came up before everyone had to be pretty. The closest actress I can think of like her today is Zendaya, who is very pretty. |
The Anna Faris character in Lost in Translation was supposedly based on Diaz. |
Princess Diana is not attractive in the slightest. I have no idea how people consider her a beauty. The actress playing her is far prettier. |
That's ridiculous. Millions of people all over the world found her to be very attractive. That indicates that the perception problem might be...you. Obviously attractiveness is subjective and many people will disagree on who is attractive but the premise of this topic is really flawed. To say some hot celebs are not really attractive is dumb, the only truth in that is that some hot celebs are not attractive to you. How is that noteworthy? |
NP. Millions of people are mesmerized by royalty. Strip away the title and posh accent, and I doubt those millions would be clamoring for Di to be on magazine covers. If you saw her working as a cashier at your local Dollar Store, she wouldn’t merit a second glance. |
Almost anyone can look glamorous in the right clothing, make up and lighting. Does not mean they are beautiful. |
Very homely |
I think Princess Diana’s style is out of style now. It’s like looking at photos of women from 100 or more years ago who were the beauties of their time and often I just can’t see what their appeal was. Like in the 1920s, the bee-stung lip look is so odd to our current fashion for fuller lips. Her hair looks severe and too done and a lot of her clothes look dowdy. Her facial features are not what is “in” right now—I think her nose is bigger than something would think is attractive now, for instance. I think the other thing that’s lost is that what made her appealing was her youth and charisma. A similar person is Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, considered a great beauty in her day but now I’ve seen people say that she was odd-looking with her eyes too far apart and other flaws. I think both were unusual and new for the time periods they lived in, were photogenic and had personal charisma which was appealing to people at that particular time, but often that appeal isn’t the same later. For instance, I think Jacqueline’s baby voice sounds very strange today. |
I don’t mind her face, but she really has had a mom bod for so long. It’s very interesting. |
Yes. Watch that movie with him and Steve Carrell. Then, let’s talk. Hot. |
