Do you ever look at a "hot" celeb and realize they aren't really attractive?

I think Jennifer Aniston is pretty, but not beautiful. I'm tired of seeing her hair always in the same style - flat ironed and hanging on either side of her face. Put it up sometimes! How about a ponytail?! And her constant black dresses at awards shows. Boring.

Agree with a PP re: Justin Timberlake. I could never understand the girls and women who found him irresistible. He's funny looking.

Sandra Bullock - I've actually always found her beautiful and seriously underrated as far as looks go. Sometimes she can look stunning, but even in general I think she's very pretty.

Catherine Zeta-Jones - absolutely, hands-down gorgeous.

I think she is one of the most stunning women in the world. Although, I do think she may be taking botox and fillers a little too far these days (did you see her at the golden globes?)

Why focus on women more?
Actors who are actually not handsome at all, list includes almost all of them for me.
Ryan Gosling(like, really? He is not just not ok, he is ugly.)
Liam Hemsworth(there is a reason his own brothers call him the ugly bro)
Jake Gyllenhall?! Really, who finds that attractive?
Channing Tatum, looks like a fat, no neck bouncer at a cheap club.
Robert Pattinson, he actually even knows he is ugly, said so himself many, many times.
Benedict Cumberbatch, ugly too, but I will admit he can act and somehow makes up for it
George Clooney?!
Only CW and Marvel can cast pretty looking male actors occasionally.

Me too. Actually I don't get either Ryan - Gosling of Reynolds. Gosling is plain and Reynolds conventionally handsome I guess but boring looking.

The idea that Timberlake is "hot" stems from his getting famous when he was very young, before his ostrich-like facial features had fully developed. He also benefited from most of the other guys in NSYNC being a bit fug. He was the "cute" one, relatively-speaking.
