I’m sure they could say something but we know so much about Taylor‘s boyfriends because she’s the most prolific artist out there. What other musician has like 1000 songs that people know? And puts out like a dozen albums in a decade? She also has a lot of lyrics into her songs and not every band does that. I’m not saying they can’t put a few nuggets in there, but I cant think of a male musician that pumps out that much music and has that many lyrics in each song.

Matty is a gentleman, adores her and would never do that to her. But yes, she totally throws them all under the bus in the name of art.

Matty HAS written songs about Taylor, they are not negative.

They benefit from it. Why would they alienate fans? It's all just a publicity game, like how rappers and boxers promote themselves by taunting or writing diss tracks. It doesn't really have any meaning even if you find it entertaining that Swift or whomever really carry around all these deep emotions about these men rather than just indulging some fleeting emotion for the sake of having something to write songs about.

Yeah I dunno. He seems like he is constantly cosplaying in every outfit he wears. He clearly enjoys dressing up in different costumes. Make of that what you will- it is like Barbie/Taylor found her Ken. I hope for both of them, this is their way of having fun and they are more fulfilled than in the Barbie movie.
