Is it weird to ask for corrections/amendments to a neuropsych report?

Overall we are very happy with our neuropsych report but I think there are some missing sentences summarizing the basis for one of the diagnoses. The information is all there so if we get questions I can point to that. So I'm on the fence as to whether I even care enough but mainly wondering if it's common for people to ask for corrections/amendments like this.

If the info is in there and backs up your need for a 504/IEP then it’s not necessary.

No, especially given that schools and providers may request a copy, so you’ll want it to be accurate

I think it's fine - our provider asked us to read the report and then offer corrections if we had any.

Asked the same question a few months ago. Yes, it's a normal practice to ask for elaboration or clarification, and important as the basis of supports for 3 years, but if overall essence is there, don't overthink it.
